You just told me that you were going on tour in Japan, how do you feel knowing that people over seas love your music just as much as we do in
America?
it's been like that for so long, i kind of forgot about it. i pretty much don't think about or care about a lot of things.

Do you consider yourself 'Famous' to any point?
well, a lot of people know who i am, so i guess i am to some point.

I saw on your site that you are doing a show with Superjoint Ritual Nov. 7. How do you feel about that?
it's cool, it was at a big place, lots of people, good show. plus, i've been friends with the guys in superjoint ritual for many years (except hank, who i just recently met). the cops fucked everything up for us afterwards. too

Where might some of your fans get a-hold of a lot of Anal Cunt's older stuff?
i don't know. a lot of it is out of print, or hard to get. i will eventually have everything i have ever released available for free download at my website, www.sethputnam.com . i can only do so much at a time, because the website won't hold everything (it's a lot of stuff). sometime this year, i'm planning on having a different batch of stuff available for download every month.

it's hilarious. everything that guy does is hilarious. i just heard six feet under is going to record "graveyard classics II", i'm really looking forward to that. the first g.c. cd was one of the funniest things i have ever heard.

What happened with you and Tim Morse, besides the fact he left the band?
it's a long answer, but i'm not in the mood to write everything. basically, he is a total liar/pussy/faggot/turns into whoever he hangs around with kind of person. everyone else i know who has known him as long as i have hates
him also. i hate him for many other reasons too.

Do you ever have women throwing themselves at you during or after a show? If so, do you take up the offer?
yes & yes.

I remember reading somewhere that you were not going to make anymore AxCx albums because you ran out of things to sing about. Tell me, how is that possible?
whenever i do interviews, it isn't all the same answers all the time, it all depends on what mood i'm in at the time. i think we'll eventually do more stuff, but we got such a high level of offensiveness to live up to (even though we do have a bunch of new soings that are way worse), it's almost like, why try to be worse than that. i don't really have an answer for you right now about the future song lyric topics. right now (mood i'm in now), i'd be happy with not recording anymore stuff, we have enough records out as it is. maybe we can be a "nostalgia" band like chicago, and just tour now and then.

If fans were willing to write songs or give you ideas, would you take it knowing that all they want is for you guys to keep playing?
fans always try and give new song titles/ideas. none of them have been any good so far.

Would you be willing to write me a song?

What are some things that just really piss you off?
annoying interviews, people saying they have an awesome idea for an anal cunt song, "help wanted" signs in spanish at local convienience stores, college kids, people i have to deal with at work, foreigners, police, customers of "the ride", p.c. people, people that talk about the weather or sports (or both), people in general.

What are the things that keep you happy?
liquor, certain friends, drugs, some old t.v. shows.

Are you planning on getting married again? Or have you just said 'fuck women' all together? If so, I can understand that.
i have no idea. it'd be easy to say i'd never get married again, but, i have no idea, it depends on who i run into in the future.

Some say your music sucks, how do you feel about that?
it esn't bother me. first of all, it isn't the kind of stuff most people would like in the first place. second, you can't expect everyone to like the same thing. the most popular musicans on earth still have people that think
they suck. to be upset about something like that means you're a fucking loser.

Lastly, tell us a time that relates to one of your songs that inspired you to write it.
we wrote "i became a counselor to tell rape victims they asked for it" ( i forget if this is the exact wording for the title, it's something like that anyways ) on the way home from playing a straight edge vegan festival in
syracuse, new york. 200 gay little fags were complaining about our songs afterwards (mostly "women: natures punching bag", and we bothered to argue with them, and made them all look like morons. anyways, the whole incident inspired us to write a total anti-women song on the way home. funny end note, we asked the promoter why they bothered to have us on the show in first place, he said, "just to piss everyone off", so, i guess it worked.
