Bile – Camp Blood

Yawn. I’m a fair man and so I gave the modern goregrind scene an honest chance. Bile didn’t look too bad and their songs had some okay simple riffing from the Mp3 I heard. After one listen of the entire album, I initially wondered if there was some sort of mistake. It was like the same song was repeated over and over. All I heard was the same monotonous ridiculously pitchshitted vocals and simple riffs that grew more boring as each second went by. It didn’t help that the hack garbage vocals and stupid brutal drumming blurred into one complete inaudible embarrassing mess where nothing even made sense anymore. The music really is that shitty and worthless. Oh wow, abused vocal effects that sound like a distorted fart over what’s basically generic brutal/slam metal. What a huge borefest. Bile should be a synonym for boring now. The album cover is hand painted though you guys! It’s not a photoshop copy of the Friday the 13th poster even though it basically looks like it. Look, the band is painted in the cover, real original! Camp Blood is a release that goes the extra fucking mile, one out of 30 million Australians agree.
