Debut of a very original thrash/death/grind/punk band with some top notch guitarwork. Haunting melodies co-exist with a solid thrashing death/grind attack, it's pretty amazing, lots of dynamics in songwriting. The vocals are diverse, ranging from the low bubbling growls to higher pitched shrieks. You could tell these guys get inspiration from the Misfit's catchy punk rhythms, Terrorizer's blistering grind, early Metallica's thrash riffs, and some classic 80's heavy metal for those awe-inspiring solos and leads. Top all that old school metal goodness with obscure slasher movie references that should please cult film freaks like myself, and you got a real winner. Each track stands out from the rest, so you get an entertaining listen from first to last song.
