Basically this CD is nothing but loud obnoxious old school grind,. Now as a guy that loves his grindcore with a "fuck you" punk feel, I hav nothing to complain about. This is classic Brutal Truth and Napalm Death Scum-era grindcore, the kinda grindcore that's raw, abrassive, and chaotic. Lots of explosive blast-beating and furious yells. Your average geekwad power metal fan would just think this stuff is a barrage of noise. Well it is, but there's some grooves in that noise that make you wanna run in a circle really fast while pushing anyone within a one inch radius. The best thing about this album is it's My Mind's Mine entire discography. You pretty much have every song they're responsible for here. So if you can't get enough of that classic grindcore sound which still had strong ties to its crust and punk roots, you've gotta get this.9/10
