The Defiance of Good (1975)
Very stylish, atmospheric, epic Marquise De Sade inspired porno! This is a goddamn classic in sleaze cinema history. The movie is about some young innocent looking blonde chick caught experimenting with drugs with her friend. Her uptight parents get pissed off and send her to some mental institute where she ends up getting ridiculed by perverted nutcases and even the staff (most notably this huge black dude that fingered her holes in an "examination"). The nutcases are like the coolest thing about this movie cause their scenes remind me of a hardcore, mean-spirited version of "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" (classic mental patient movie). One guy says he's the greatest poet ever then recites his poem which consisted of nothing but "FUCK!, FUCK!, FUCK!". These people were incredible at acting like weirdos, I actually wonder if they were genuine mental patients! It must be seen to be believed. The craziest thing the nutcases did was gangbang-rape the chick in a very violent fashion, might be too rough to watch for some people. Anyways after this experience with insanity, the blonde chick is taken by some bearded freak. She gets discipline lessons inspired by Marquise De Sade in this guy's creepy dungeon (it had the atmosphere of a horror movie). Lots of violent sex, masturbation, girl on girl action, and unholy orgies go on and the bearded freak says some extreme shit that really fucks with the girl's head. The young innocent blonde gradually became a kinky bitch, a complete transformation of epic proportion. This was directed by the guy who would later go on and direct "The Taking of Christina," which is another favorite classic 70's porno of mines. He also directed the horror movie "The Nesting". One actor here was in "Last House on the Left" and Jean Jennings (the blonde star of the movie) was married to the legendary "Maniac" Joe Spinell. So for you horror fans out there, "Defiance of Good" has some connections with horror history, worth checking out even if you're not into "porn" as a film genre.
