Sex Psycho (1970)
Adultery, incest, orgies, choking to death on a bitten off penis, decapitation, meat cleaver chops, and necrophilia are the crazy extreme shit in this film! This is one fucked up piece of filth like no other. Not littered with gore every second but the few gore scenes present splatter a good amount of blood and you actually see the bloody stump when a dick is bitten off during a blowjob gone wrong. The gore reminded me of something out of an H.G. Lewis flick (Wizard of Gore, Blood Feast, etc). Mostly wall to wall sex but the context of the sex is so immoral and tasteless that it’s funny in a sick way. Warning for homophobes: there is a hardcore homosexual (man on man) scene.
